Focus Schedule

Our goal is to help you increase your sales, your profits and your account penetration and to open new accounts.

Day One:
  • We will work with Sales Management to review accounts for implementation before individual account reviews.

Day Two:
  • We will conduct a Selling Skills Seminar
  • We will explain the FOCUS Program
  • We will participate in handing out account lists and establishing the ‘Focus I” and “Focus II” accounts.

Day Three:
  • We will meet with Sales Management and individual salespeople to review accounts on the FOCUS lists
  • We will establish a program to reach the goals set for increasing sales to the FOCUS accounts and over all territory.

60 Days Later:
  • We will conduct a Classic Cleaning Course
  • We will review the first 60 days activity of the FOCUS program
  • We will establish more FOCUS accounts for the next 60 days
