  • Classic Cleaning Course – The effective custodial seminar conducted for janitorial distributors and their customers.
  • Selling Skills Seminars – Conducted for sales people involved in selling cleaning supplies and/or cleaning services, covering prospecting to closing and everything in-between.
  • Created, The F.O.C.U.S. program for janitorial distributors. Working with management to analyze and improve individual and company sales and profits.
  • Developed the Contact Cleaning Institute for training of new and existing contract cleaning companies.
  • Functions as “expert witness” regarding custodial and housekeeping work, such as slip/fall cases as well as other issues. Works with both plaintiff and defendant attorneys.
